Hello Again!

Goodness! i have been crazy busy writing essays for english and history, that i nearly forgot about my neat lil blog...eh...and my fitness quest. oh, well. i better get back on track, though, because exercising really does destress me.
i find it odd how i get so stressed out about trying to workout. and yet when i work out, i feel less stressed. like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. five page essay on my future career due next week, and i havent even started? ehh...who cares, atleast i got my run in today!
funny how exercise and this whole health thing works. does anybody else feel like exercise destresses them(if anybody is even readin my blog!)?
so i guess i will sign off now...as i hav nuttin more to say. cept...exercise. it really does make you feel better! and o yea...and anybody is by chance readin this..please comment! i promise hav more up to date interesting details soon! muah muah muah

Howdy all! My name is Brit and I am from Texas! Im 18 years old and going to ShSU right now...not really sure where my education or school is headed..but oh well I guess. Right now- well for the past few years-more like forever!- I am struggling with my...eh...level of fitness. I was a plyed b-ball in high school and was in athletics which kicked my ass into shape like no other! (besides that i rarely ate...not healthy but dropped sizes like you woundnt believe...) anyhoo...got out of sports a few years ago, started to have a life, go out drink and eat late at night. needless to say...it didn't to long to gain 3-4 sizes in a year and about 40 pounds!
So here I am, new college life and completely different schedule...and a closet full of beautiful Lucky Jeans that dont fit! So I hav been promisin myself since the start of my senior year of high school that I would get fit...again! I had a good running routine down at the start of that uear for a month or so...lost about 10 ish pounds...and lost sight of my goals. Then! this summer i got back in the saddle(yes it took me nearly nine or ten months to do so...) and was running for bout a month n a half and BOOM! i fainted one day in the tex heat-prolly due to dehydration and had to go to the hospital and puke! haha. seriously though, neighter my parents nor I was ready for me to get back out ther again
but here I am, into much cooler months and have access to a full sized gym, and still tight "fat" jeans, and desperate to be back into my lil jeans and just plain shorts and skirts by summer. so i decided to blog...and tell you all the story of my way to "fitness" i welcome your comments, critqiues...whatever(if anybody read's this haha)!
